Fall Dining in Westchester

Posted by editor on 11/04/17

If fall is one of your favorite seasons, odds are you may be a fan of pumpkin flavored food and drinks.  We listed some spots in Westchester that have fall inspired cocktails, entrees and desserts that you’ll want to try ASAP!

Tarry Lodge – We love the food here and they are always changing their menu based on the seasons.  This fall they are serving a pumpkin ravioli with sage butter and Amaretti. Tarry Lodge also serves delicious entrees to warm up your body during the colder months such as their rigatoni with pork sausage and house made ricotta and the eggplant parmesan.

Restaurant North – If you love fall desserts, this restaurant has pumpkin churros with a mezcal-chocolate dipping sauce and it’s just a twenty-minute car ride away.  After over six years of operation, North is still recognized as an industry pioneer and benchmark for enlightened hospitality and culinary excellence on a national level.

The Tapp – This restaurant has great appetizers and small plates such as their famous wings, Bavarian pretzels with ale cheese sauce, house made buttermilk chicken fingers and delicious burgers.  They also have seasonal cocktails and their fall specialty cocktail is called “The Head of the Horseman” which includes whip cream vodka, spiced pumpkin, Bailey’s Irish Cream and is topped with whipped cream and graham crackers.
